Upstart vs. systemctl

 Windows의  시작 프로그램과 유사한 기능을 하는 “운영체제(OS) 초기화 프로그램”인  ‘업스타트'(upstart)를
‘시스템D'(systemd)로 교체하기로 함. 

가끔 아래와 같은 에러가 난다. 

stop: Unable to connect to Upstart: Failed to connect to socket /com/ubuntu/upstart: Connection refused

해결방법은 간단히, 우분투 ver. 16.04 ,  서비스 Start/ Stop 할때에는 

service xxx start/stop    ==> systemctl start/stop xxx 를 사용한다.
